1.买鲜嫩的仔姜切片备用。

2.鸭肉切成小块焯水洗干净备用。

3.切好姜片备用。

4.洗净焯好的鸭肉,拍上几粒蒜米,两粒辣椒备用。

5.小火下油,先把蒜米辣椒炒出香味,加入鸭肉煎至金黄。

6.待鸭肉炒香后加入适量清水,加入蚝油、生抽煮致鸭肉软烂。

7.加入切好的姜片,炒十分钟收汁即可出锅。
